No. We only sell and ship within the 48 contiguous United States of America. All billing addresses and shipping addresses must be in the USA. In addition, all credit cards must be issued from USA-based banks.

Q: What if there is a pricing error?

Pricing errors do occur, for several reasons. Sometimes we just fat-finger the ol' keyboard. Other times, the manufacturers have errors in the data that they provide us, that in turn, displays on the website. It happens, unfortunately, and in the latter case, is definitely beyond our control. If a price is incorrect, and, for example, below our actual cost, we reserve the right to cancel the order. That said, we'd rather discuss it with you and agree on a fair price. If a price error is found on an order, we will contact you as soon as we know to discuss a resolution.

Q: If a part is on the site, should I assume it's available?

This is a great question, and unfortunately, the answer is no. We get part numbers and application data directly from the manufacturers. However, many of them don't keep their own data up to date. So, sometimes parts that are out of production get left in the listings. Sometimes, they also get a little too enthusiastic about new parts and list them before they are even made. For the most part, if a manufacture puts a part in the data, it gets listed on the site. In addition, we not only have or own warehouse, but we also ship directly from manufacturers and also from other warehouses. It is virtually impossible to have live inventory status on every part we list. If a part is ordered we typically check stock prior to shipping if it is not a commonly-ordered part. If it's not available, we'll let you know as soon as possible. If you have concerns about how fast a part can ship out, please call, email or chat with us to find out so there are no surprises.

Q: What is your Security Policy?

TruckProUSA seeks to protect the security of your personal information both online and offline. All credit card transactions are secure. Every online order is encrypted and sent through a secure server using SSL technology to prevent information from being intercepted.

Confidential information such as your credit card number will be used only to fulfill your order. To protect your privacy, we will ask you to enter your credit card number and expiration date each time you place an order with us. This way, even if someone else accesses the account information stored on your computer, they won't be able to use your credit card.

Email is not encrypted and is not a secure means to transmit credit card numbers. We will only display the last 4 digits of your credit card number on your account.

Q: I have a 2004 Ford F-150. Which Model Do I Have?

In 2004, Ford built two different styles of the F-150 pickup. The “New Body Style,” pictured here on the right, replaced the outgoing models, whose cycle ended in 2003. While ramping up production, Ford decided to keep building the “Old Body Style” trucks through 2004. These trucks were referred to as “Heritage” models. If you have a 2004 F-150, please be sure which one you have before ordering parts.

Q: I have a 2007 Chevy Silverado / GMC Sierra. Which Model Do I Have?
